Who is Practic-Alt?
Through a short break that COVID offered the world from the daily hustle, Practic-Alt was conceived by Shunit Roy. He observed and recognised challenges faced by individuals and organizations on three fronts – 1. What are we expected or need to do?, 2. How can we prove our abilities in a well-structured manner? and 3. How can we improve in an easier way to apply our knowledge in real-life scenarios? The company was therefore designed primarily to address these challenges in a revolutionary, systemic, reality-focused and evolutionary manner to help individuals, organizations, communities and industries. In the summer of 2021, Shunit was joined by Co-Founder Saul Jonathan Samuel, who shared his vision of enhanced and empowered professionals. Saul brought additional expertise and insights, further shaping the direction of Practic-Alt. Together, they set out to create an ecosystem that not only enhances learning but also provides tools for skill assessment.
This vision materialised in two key services. The first, IdentifiEd Skillset Analysis by Practic-Alt (“IdentifiEd”), is a skillset analysis tool designed to help individuals accurately assess their existing skills and discover hidden talents. It also empowers employers to make more informed decisions regarding hiring, strategy, evaluations, and management. The second service, SimplifiEd Courses by Practic-Alt (“SimplifiEd”), offers courses that address critical skills and knowledge gaps for those entering or in the midst of their professional lives. With a commitment to fostering both individual growth and organisational excellence, Practic-Alt continues to innovate, creating solutions that drive meaningful change in the workplace.
